This study aimed to synthesize a silver nanocomposite hydrogel based on poly (acrylic acid) and (vinyl pyrrolidone) grafted onto salep biopolymer its use in controlled drug release. Drug release is one of the medicine goals that have been happening different methods, such as injections, pills or sprays. The useful dose, has measured by concentration blood system, specific time. Researches shown, above at first time there high passing time, this decreases, so for achieve more needed which it usually causes increasing side effects. Thus preventing these effects, investigated research. To identify synthesized hydrogel, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), thermometric gravimetric analysis (TGA) were used. results showed deferasirox from network related pH environment. In addition, biodegradability biocompatibility system led pharmaceutical industry.
